We do not yet have an operating budget or employees and will build on this throughout our first year of operation.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Board of Directors for Curriculum Clarity, Syllabus Solutions Ltd. We are a not-for-profit organisation with ACNC Charitable status dedicated to creating freely accessible, high-quality, syllabus-aligned educational resources for schools across NSW and Australia. We are currently accepting applications for our inaugural Board of Directors.

Board Members are expected to:

  • Attend and actively participate in quarterly board meetings.
  • Support the organisation's goals and initiatives, including reviewing resources or contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Commit approximately 5-10 hours per month, depending on specific roles and responsibilities.
  • Uphold the governance policies and values of the organisation.
  • Fill the position for a minimum of 12 months.

Please note that these roles are voluntary and unpaid but also maintain a position of governance of the company. Upon acceptance of a position you will be required to obtain a Director Identification Number if you don't already have one and your name will be publicly listed on the ACNC website listing for Curriculum Clarity, Syllabus Solutions Ltd.
