Targeting:

Kevin Heinze GROW is a vibrant community organisation established to meet the needs of a diverse range of people with disability using a unique service model. At KHG we use therapeutic horticulture as the basis for all our programs, encouraging participants to engage in our beautiful garden settings and carry out a variety of horticulture-based activities. Alongside this central program KHG also offers a range of on-site clinical services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy and counselling. 

Our Committee of Management is a collegiate, professional and mutually supportive group of individuals from a range of backgrounds and skill sets. What we all share is a passion for the work carried out at KHG and a desire to provide optimal strategic input to ensure ongoing organisational success. The current financial environment for most community based organisations is a challenging one, and KHG is no exception. In the course of this calendar year the Committee of Management has engaged in strategic conversations and decisions aimed at supporting KHG leadership to stringently review and where necessary adjust its service delivery models to ensure that our organisation continues to thrive. This work is ongoing.  

In advertising this vacancy we are looking particularly for individuals who are or have been senior executives of community based organisations under the NDIS umbrella. We are also keen to see applicants with a financial, legal or fundraising background.
