We're looking for a motivated Treasurer, who wants to make a difference and who shares our values of social justice, equality, respect, compassion and self determination for our clients.
Our highly successful Service has a proud 40 year history of supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, in the St. George and Sutherland areas.
We specialise in supporting young people with complex needs, who may be managing their mental health and/or newly arrived and we welcome young people from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities and young people from the lgbtiqua+ communities.
Our friendly Board of seven Members, meets online, bi-monthly, Tuesday evenings at 6.00. The Board is made up of both longstanding and newer members. We recruit strategically, to ensure there is an equitable balance of members, who represent the diversity within our local community.
We're a Not for Profit community based service, funded by the Department of Communities and Justice, with an unblemished financial history, over our 40 years of operation.
