A unique opportunity to serve as a director has become available for a values-focused fundraiser with a record of rapid results to support our charitable purpose: Advancing stewardship education and action.
By stewardship, we essentially mean ‘caring for something of value.’
Our goal: To contribute to the broad adoption of the stewardship principle and practices in society to achieve transformational change.
Specific focus for this role: To benefit the company by applying strong fundraising skills - both from a strategic and implementation perspective - to build and action a short and long-term funding model.
The ideal person: Has a well-established network, is keen to connect us with these long-standing relationships and has an ability to help with funding sponsorships and partnerships to benefit all parties in promoting stewardship local to global.
The directors make key decisions for the company about planning, resources, strategic direction, and goals.
A temporary appointment (3-9 months). However, for the right person, the role may become ongoing.
For the successful candidate, remuneration will be discussed with and decided by the current board.
