Our team delivers comprehensive disability services, social programs, and wrap-around support to community members in the Swan Region. We believe that with the right support, every individual can achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

- Experienced Leaders: Proven leadership experience and a track record of driving positive change.

- Diverse Perspectives: Unique insights and experiences that will enhance our board’s effectiveness.
- Financial Expertise: Individuals with specific skills in accounting and finance to ensure our financial sustainability and accountability.
- Governance Experience: Previous board and governance experience to help guide the organisation’s strategic direction.
- Chairperson Experience: Expressions of interest for the Chairperson role are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and governance to IES.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IES’s strategic plan.
- Ensure the organisation’s financial sustainability and accountability.
- Advocate for IES and its mission within the community and beyond.
- Attend and actively participate in board meetings and relevant committees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in governance, non-profit management, disability services, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to commit time and effort to fulfil board responsibilities effectively.
