Essential Personnel is a not-for-profit organisation, established in 1989 and we provide services and supports to individuals in the Perth Metro and Wheatbelt of WA.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for new board members to join our Board and be a part of our team.
Our new board member will join a very high performing and functional Board with its members having extensive backgrounds and experience in people, finance, marketing, NFP, risk and community.
41% of our staff have a disability and 35% of our staff care for someone with a disability outside of work and 11% are the primary carers of someone with a disability.

Our HQ is in Midland but we love working with people who live in the Wheatbelt and distance should not be a deterrent.
