Yaubula Fund

Sustainable Table Ltd: Yaubula Fund

Yaubula Limited is an Australian not-for-profit organisation pioneering sustainable development projects both locally and abroad. Yaubula is a Fijian word that means 'natural resource'. Additionally, Yau Bula, spoken as two separate words in Fiji's Macuata dialect means 'my life'. Nature's resources and life are inextricably linked - without one you cannot have the other. Yaubula aims to protect and celebrate the natural environment by educating people and engaging them in positive change.

Yaubula is collecting funds to support the protection of the natural environment.

This is being achieved by:

  • Funding sustainable development projects both locally and abroad (see solar cooker project information below).
  • Developing community education programs to encourage behavioral change by educating people about what they can do in their households and locally to combat the devastating effects of climate change.
