This webpage is designed to provide community groups with access to document templates that you can use in developing your community group's marketing materials.

Whether you are designing a direct mail letter, postcard or other form of marketing, this site will provide you with layouts to make your communications sing!

All the layout and template sites that we link to allow groups to download layouts free of charge.

A4 Letter (B/W & Color)

Sending a color letter is a quick and cost effective way to communicate with your current and prospective customers on a one-to-one basis.

You can personalise your letter to each individual or create a generic letter. Personalised letters are best when the recipient expects and wants to receive information from you.

A4 Coupon Mailer

Coupon offers requiring in-store redemption can increase store traffic and purchase frequency. Not only are they an effective way to entice customers to visit your business, they can also be a good way to start a database by collecting name and address details from the coupon.

DL Postcard

Create an impact with a postcard. The DL card is larger than a normal postcard, giving you more space to advise customers of sales, specials and new products and services. Using a range of images on the front of the postcard is an effective way to use the available creative space.

A6 Postcard

For a simple message choose the A6 postcard. Get your message across - your own special event, sales, new product offers and monthly specials - using high impact images and catchy headlines. Postcards are also a great way to generate more business by helping you contact a whole new customer base.

Brochures

The DL brochure layout is ideal for mailing and can be used to announce monthly specials, describe your range of services and products, and keep your customers informed and excited about your business.

Newsletters

Create an ongoing relationship with your customers and keep them informed and excited about your activities. The newsletter brings the power of information and images together. Ideal for mailing on a frequent basis the newsletter is a great way to start a customer loyalty program or membership club.

Find a Designer

The 99Designs website allows clients looking for someone to do some design workfor them to list what they are after and how much they are willing to pay. Designers can then submit their designs from which the client chooses. While this isn't an invitation to "rip off" a designer, it might be a way your group can receive some professional, personalised work done for you at a price you can afford.
