OUR OBJECTIVES

 To Learn from & Motivate other women by:

    • fostering an environment where positive influences is the norm, and the word 'CAN'T' is not part of the vocabulary used;

    • allowing our members to chart their own course by welcoming all ideas, suggestions and concerns to be openly expressed; and

    • encouraging the free exchange of ideas and methods for the purpose of helping others succeed in business.

    • allowing our members to chart their own course by welcoming all ideas, suggestions and concerns to be openly expressed; and

    • encouraging the free exchange of ideas and methods for the purpose of helping others succeed in business.

    To Relate to Equal Minded women by:

      • promoting success for our members by opening new resources for networking, in the form of exchanging business information , open dialogue through the e-Networker, advertising opportunities through our e-Noticeboard and other venues as we discover them; and

      • establishing a venue for our members to promote inter-action in an non-competitive environment.

      Utilise the experience of other women by:

        • providing a means of creating actual working relationships between seasoned businesswomen and women new to business; and

        • bringing Townsville women in business, or wishing to start their own business together, to share experiences and resources, and to help establish mentoring relationships between successful, caring businesswomen and women who wish to learn the secret of success.

        To bridge the gap between work & home by:

          • nurturing and maintaining an environment that promotes creativity in all aspects of our members lives; and

          • creating a non-critical gathering place for all members in which to support, encourage and challenge one another to achieve beyond their own expectations, in all aspects of life.
