To establish and maintain rugby league teams in the State of Victoria especially in the districts of Benalla, Dookie, Seymour,Shepparton and Wangaratta.
To actively work towards incorporating inclusive practises into the Association so as to better utilise the diversity within the communities we operate in.

2005 was our inaugural year with the senior team making it into the elimination final.
Runners up in the "Go for you life User Friendly Club Award.
Recipient of AAAIF (Acess for All Abilities Initiative Fund) to provide a model for rugby league clubs to be inclusive of people of all abilities in their clubs.
Recipient of Go for you life funding for "Storm Tag Pilot Project" to offer a non contact form of rugby league to schools in our area.
