The purpose of the Institute is to enhance leadership effectiveness in individuals, corporations, governments and charities throughout the world. The Institute does this by facilitating the achievement of professional and personal development. This enables participants to become inspiring leaders who transform people, organisations and countries

The Intent of Institute of Advanced Leadership:

Transforming leadership throughout the world with short courses like: advanced leadership training programs, one-on-one leadership development coaching and counselling, awareness raising programs targeting corporate and non-corporate leaders in developed nations to be responsible for an committed to those they work for and with; and long courses with the distance education university specialising in leadership.

Recent Accomplishments of Institute of Advanced Leadership:

Since 2000, the Institute has trained over 3000 government, charity and corporate leaders from several countries including: Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In 2001 the Institute started working in Rwanda. The war costs close to three million lives and has left 15 million starving. The Institute designed and implemented a powerful process of reconciliation for Rwanda, which brought an end to the war. The Institute trained the entire rebel Government of Eastern DRC which numbered 178. The Institute taught conflict resolution along with the skills, strategies and approach necessary to achieve peace.
Applying those mediation and conflict resolution skills, the Institute was able to negotiate a peace deal between the Ugandan Government and the United Nile Rescue Front II (UNRF-II) rebels. 135 kidnapped children, who were forced to become soldiers, were returned. A ceremony on Christmas Eve saw the final-reintegration of 4,200 Ugandan UNRF rebels, and the return of thousands of weapons.
