We lead by example. We continue to grow by sharing our stories and helping others create their own. We help mould individuals by allowing them to realise their true potential in a team environment by way of our workshops/performances. We wish to bring health and wellbeing to those who have not yet experienced the positive effects dance and fitness can bring. We succeed by helping others achieve!

Since 1997 we have held dance workshops and performances in schools- creative institutions. We have held 4 major theatre productions, held at the Auckland Town Hall, Wellington NZ Drama School, Auckland University Studio B Theatre in NZ and performed in Switzerland and in America every year, since 1999 tutoring and performing in New York to kids with HIV/AIDS and other terminal illnesses under the umbrella of the Americares Foundation.
We are qualified dance and fitness instructors and hold student fitness classes arranged by our gym co-ordinators, after school dance classes and dance workshops at Dance Central to a variety of experienced and inexperienced dancers.

We qualified to compete at the 2005 World Hip Hop Championships in Los Angeles in August.

Once again we will be tutoring and performing in Carmel, UpState New York in July 2005 for Camp Amerikids (Summer Camp Project held by Americares Foundation)This year taking 8 persons. (2004 we took 4 persons) (2001 we took 7 persons etc.)
