The Association will provide a quality Family Support Service for those families who have a child with a life limiting illness.

Zoe's Place is raising funds to build Queensland's first respice centre for families who have a child with a life limiting illness.
Zoe's Place Respice Centre at Mount Ommaney will be a home away from home for families throughout Queensland, who have a child with a life limiting illness. It will be a place of respite and support, giving a much-needed break from the physical and emotional pressures of their situations. Building will commence in 2003.
In the meantime Zoe's Place operates a Family Support Service with Volunteers assisting in the homes of families. There is no charge for the services provided by Zoe's Place

Annual Events :
ZOE'S PLACE AMBROSE GOLF DAY ~ the LAST Tuesday in April (2003 - Tuesday 29th April)

ZOE'S CHALLENGE (Cycle and Walk commencing and finishing at Mount Ommaney) - the LAST Sunday in May (2003 - 25th May)
Walk and Cycle Fundraiser beginning and ending at Mt Ommaney.
Participants register for the Nice and Easy' 5km walk, or choose one of three CYCLE options ~ 10km Family Cycle along bike paths and quiet suburban streets; 25km Rigorous Ride' to Sherwood Forest Park and back; or 35km Weekend Warriors' Cycle for those prepared to go that extra distance, from Sherwood Forest Park to Indooroopilly and back.
Zoe's Challenge is not a race, it is a fun family day, with entertainment for everyone - sausage sizzle, face painting and stalls.
Lots of spot prizes including airline tickets to be won.
Also, great prizes for the person (in all categories ~ Adult ~ Child ~ Tiny Tot) who raises the most in personal sponsorship.
